The second annual meeting of the Caribbean Association of Debt Managers (CARADEM) was held on July 10, 2012 in Guatemala City, Guatemala.

Representatives from 12 Caribbean countries attended - Antigua and Barbuda, the Bahamas, Barbados, the British Virgin Islands, Dominica, Guyana, Jamaica, St. Lucia, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname, and Trinidad and Tobago.  Representatives from CARTAC and the Commonwealth Secretariat, the main hosts of the event, also attended.

CARADEM Programme
