New Developments
Congratulations to Mrs. Pamella McLaren, President of CARADEM and Head of the Debt Management Branch in Jamaica, who has been awarded national honours for her outstanding contribution to public service in the field of public debt management. She has been awarded the Order of Distinction (Officer Class).
She is the first debt manager in Jamaica to be so recognised and the second debt manager in the region.
Ms. Donna Yearwood, is the first debt manager in the Caribbean to receive national honours in the area of public debt management. She was recognised by the Government of Guyana for her outstanding work in the area of public debt management and received the third highest national award - the Cacique Crown of Honour (CCH).
